Make Virtual Device
It is not mandatory to have a smart phone with android OS if you want to start your android development. SDK is available which stands for "Software Development Kit" which provides the Virtual Device to run the apps. Follow these steps to make your virtual device.
Step 1: Go to windows/Android Virtual Device Manager. A pop-up will open as shown bellow
Step 2: Now click on New and then make the following changes.
Step 3: Finally, Click on Ok button. Your device is Ready to use.
Step 4: Now Select your device and then click on Start and then click on Launch.

- Select the device.
- Select the target.
